When will my order ship?

All orders placed before 6 p.m. (EST) on business days are fulfilled and shipped on the day of purchase, and all orders placed after this time are shipped on the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including observed holidays.

What method is used for shipping?

You have a choice between three shipping options. The default is UPS ground (3 to 7 business days), UPS 2nd Day (2 to 3 business days, not including Saturday delivery), and UPS Overnight (1 to 2 business days, not including Saturday delivery). Please note that if you choose UPS Ground, the package is shipped via UPS from our warehouse and is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery.

What if I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my order?

If you did not receive an email confirmation for your order it most likely means that either your order did not go through, or you may have mis-entered your email address. Please contact us at pampadkm@icloud.com to verify the status of your order and we will respond to you promptly.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We have three options to choose from for shipping, so your package’s arrival date will be dependent upon the shipping method you select. UPS ground shipments typically take 3 to 7 business days. Please note that all ground shipments are transferred from UPS to your local postal carrier for final delivery. With UPS 2nd Day shipping, you will receive your package in 2 to 3 business days. UPS 2nd Day does not include Saturday delivery. With UPS Overnight shipping, you will receive your package in 1 to 2 business days. UPS Overnight does not include Saturday delivery.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Currently, we do not offer an option for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. As we work to improve our online experience, we are looking into adding this option in the near future. Please check back soon for updates, and thank you for shopping with us!

Your success and satisfaction with our products is our highest priority. If at any time within 30 days of our purchase date online you change your mind or are unsatisfied with the product, we will gladly refund your purchase. Excludes all clearance / discontinued products.

Products purchased online cannot be returned to a physical store location. All online returns must be processed per the instructions below.

Refund Process

Email us at support@completenutrition.com. Include your order number, first and last name, email address, phone number and reason for return. A Complete Nutrition Complete Care team member will respond to you as quickly as possible to process your return.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at completecare@completenutrition.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number, first and last name, email address, phone number and item number of the product that has been damaged. Complete Nutrition will replace your item in a timely manner.
